Q: When will I be charged? A: You will be charged on the day you purchase the subscription box and you will be charged on the same date moving forward. So for example if you sign up for the monthly subscription on the 12th of January you will be charged again on the 12th of February.

Q: When will it ship? A: We take about 2 to 3 business days to process your order for shipping

Q: Can I skip a month? A: Yes, if you are on a monthly plan you can skip a month by logging in here.

Q: Can I change my shipping address? A: Yes, you can update your shipping information by logging in to your account here.

Q: Can I give this as a gift? A: Of course! This is an awesome gift if we do say so ourselves :) here.

Q: What size is the candle? A: The candle is a 14oz vessel with a 12oz net weight of wax which burns for approximately 62 to 65 hours.

Q: How do I know the next scent/quote? A: We curate everything just for you every month so it's the perfect motivational Boost.

Q: How do I cancel? A: You can cancel your monthly subscription anytime by logging in here. Alternatively, you can email us at help@coffeeandmotivation.com and we will cancel it for you.
