When registering on our website, you may be asked to enter your name, e-mail address, mailing address, phone number. To complete orders you will be required to provide credit card information.


HOW COFFEE & MOTIVATION USES INFORMATION ABOUT YOU

We use information about you to provide you with the very best online shopping experience. We do not sell your personal information to third parties for any reason.

We use the information we collect from you in several ways:

* To personalize your experience. Your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs. 

* To improve our website. We’re continually improving our website based on the information and feedback we receive from you. 

* To improve customer service. Your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs. 

* To process transactions. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.

RETURN POLICY

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Coffee & Motivation is proud of its design, quality and functionality of its products and we want you to be as well. Your satisfaction is our priority, so we offer a 30 day money back guarantee for ALL our items. If you are not satisfied with a product, just contact our customer service department at wecare@coffeeandmotivation.co, 30 days from the shipping date for a return authorization and send the item back to us. Once the item has been received in like new condition with all instructions and packaging materials we will issue a full refund on the purchase price of the product, minus the shipping charges. Product return liability and shipping expenses associated with our 30 day money back guarantee are the sole responsibility of the product owner. 

30 Day Exchange Program

We at Coffee & Motivation understand that you may change your mind about our product’s colors, finish, or style once you have received them, so we offer a 30 day exchange program from the date of shipping. If you would like to exchange your item please contact our customer service department at wecare@coffeeandmotivation.co for an exchange authorization then send the item back to us. Once the item is received in like new condition with all instructions and packing materials you will receive a full credit for the purchase price of the product minus the shipping charges to apply to any other item of equal, lesser or greater value.

Wrong Items Received

We sincerely apologize if we sent you the wrong item.

We do our best to ship your order correctly but there is a small chance that we might get orders mixed up. If you received the wrong item, please email our customer service team at wecare@coffeeandmotivation.co with the subject line “wrong item received” so that we can get the correct item to you as soon as possible.

Policy on Lost or Delayed Shipping

Most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience which will result in delays, for this reason we cannot guarantee delivery times.

We are not responsible for any item lost or stolen after the package has been delivered. To prevent your package from getting lost please make sure you provide us with the correct shipping address.

Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to be updated, if your tracking information has not been updated after 48 hours, please contact our customer service department for assistance.

Warranty Policy

We offer a 90 day warranty from the date of purchase for most of our products purchased directly from Coffee & Motivation’s website as we want to make sure that you have something that will last.  Products purchased from distributors, authorized resellers or third party sellers will not be covered under this warranty. This warranty is only valid for items that are considered defective. Defects are defined as imperfections or flaws that are produced by a manufacturing error.

The warranty does not cover the following:

  • Normal wear and tear from daily use of product
  • Scratches or dents to the product surfaces caused by dropping the product or the product coming in contact with a jagged or rough surface
  • Product was used for unintended purposes.
  • Misuse, mishandling, accident or other abnormal use of the product
  • Damage caused by improper or unauthorized repair or maintenance
  • Product is not genuine or not manufactured by Coffee & Motivation.
  • 3rd party purchases are not covered under Coffee & Motivation warranties

Warranty Process

  • All warranty claims must be made to Coffee & Motivation within 90 days from the date of purchase.
  • All warranty claims, returns and exchanges must receive a return authorization from Coffee & Motivation prior to shipment of returned product to Coffee & Motivation. Returns without a return authorization may not be processed.
  • In order to obtain a Return Authorization for a warranty claim, return or exchange please submit your request via email to wecare@coffeeandmotivation.co
  • Once your warranty claim has been approved please return your item to Coffee & Motivation. Once we have received the item and verified that it is a manufacturing flaw, we will then process your exchange and cover all shipping costs associated with the return.

Exchange/Return Process

  • All return and exchanges must be made to Coffee & Motivation WITHIN 30 days from the date of shipping.
  • For all approved returns and exchanges, all liability and expenses associated with the return of the product to Coffee & Motivation are the sole responsibility of the product owner. Coffee & Motivation is not responsible for return product shipments that are damaged, lost, or stolen in transit. Coffee & Motivation will not reimburse customers for any expenses associated with these return shipments.
  • All returned products must be received in like new condition in order to qualify for a full refund for the product’s purchase price or full credit for the product’s purchase price for an exchange. Please include all original packaging, paperwork, parts, and tools with your product return.
  • Any returned product that is not received by Coffee & Motivation in like new condition may be subject to a 20% re-stocking and handling fee. Coffee & Motivation reserves the right to reject any warranty claim, and any return for refund or exchange request if product is not received in like new condition.
  • Coffee & Motivation requires 5 business days from date returned product is received to process all warranty claims, requests for refunds, and requests for exchanges.
  • For all shipments returned to Coffee & Motivation due to an incorrect shipping address or missing address information (as provided by the customer) shipping charges will not be refunded and additional shipping charges will apply.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order information. We typically process and ship orders within 1-2 business days after purchase. However, our warehouse does not operate on weekend or US Holidays. Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with all your tracking information. Please note, tracking information can take anywhere from 24 to 48 hours to update.

  • Orders that are placed on weekends or Holidays will be considered a next business day order(Example: If your order is placed on Sunday, it will be considered a Monday order)
  • Order Cut Off Time: Noon EST – Orders received after noon Eastern Standard Time will be considered a next business day order. (Example: If an order is placed on Tuesday at 2:00pm it will be considered a Wednesday order.)

 

Domestic / U.S. Shipments

We currently work with two shipping couriers to deliver your packages:

USPS

  • First Class Mail: Usually takes 3 to 5 business days
  • Priority Mail: Usually takes 2 to 3 business days
  • Priority Mail Express: Usually delivered the next business day from when the shipment label is made.

UPS

  • UPS Ground: Usually takes 3 to 5 business days
  • UPS Three-Day Select: Usually takes 3 business days
  • UPS 2nd Day Air A.M.: Usually take 2 business days typically by 10:30am
  • UPS Next Day Air: Next business day typically by 10:30am

 

International Shipping

We currently work with two shipping couriers to deliver your packages:

USPS

  • First Class Package International Service: Varies by destination, approximately 10 to 15 business days. Tracking varies by destination and may not be available once the item leaves the United States. A list of countries with delivery confirmation available can be found below.
  • Australia.
  • Belgium.
  • Brazil.
  • Canada.
  • Croatia.
  • Denmark.
  • France.
  • Germany.
  • Great Britain.
  • Israel.
  • Netherlands.
  • New Zealand.
  • Spain.
  • Switzerland.
  • Priority Mail International: Usually takes 6 to 10 business days. Tracking information included. (Excluding varying Customs hold time)

UPS

  • UPS Worldwide Expedited: Usually takes 2 to 5 business days, delivered by end of day.
  • UPS Worldwide Saver: Usually takes 1 to 3 business days, delivered by end of day.
  • UPS worldwide Express Plus: Usually delivered in 1 to 3 business days, delivered by 8:30am or 9:00am.
  • UPS Express: Usually delivered in 1 to 3 business days, delivered by 10:30am or 12:00 Noon.

 

Import Duties, Taxes & Carrier Related Fees

  • Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are applied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.
  • We have no control over these charges and can't predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information.
  • The recipient of the order will be responsible for ALL import duties or taxes charged by the recipient’s country as well as any carrier-related fees.
  • Shipments returned to Coffee & Motivation for non-payment of duties and/ or taxes will be refunded for the cost of the item minus a 15% restocking fee, and the customer of record will be restricted from placing any future orders with Coffee & Motivation.
  • Coffee & Motivation MUST declare full retail value of product(s) on our customs declaration form for all shipments. For replacements or exchanges we will declare a value of $1.00 USD.

Payments

  • If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
  • All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
  • PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
